RIMOWA AND GEWA MUSIC REUNITE TO DEBUT EXCLUSIVE COLLABORATION FOR TRUMPET ENTHUSIASTS

Following the resounding success of their inaugural collaboration, the two brands join forces once again to present their latest masterpiece: the RIMOWA x GEWA Trumpet Case Silver.

This exclusive edition marries RIMOWA’s expertise in exceptional design with GEWA’s mastery in both mechanical-acoustic and digital musical instruments, resulting in a case meticulously engineered to meet the rigorous demands of professional trumpet players. 

Crafted in Germany from RIMOWA’s signature anodised grooved aluminium, the Trumpet Case is an embodiment of both durability and timeless elegance. Its exterior, inspired by RIMOWA’s celebrated Classic collection, features lustrous aluminium corners, a sophisticated leather handle, and a crossbody strap for effortless portability. Inside, the case is lined with premium black foam inlays, upholstered in microfiber to ensure the utmost protection and stability for instruments during transit.

The RIMOWA × GEWA Trumpet Case Silver is designed to hold two trumpets, offering compatibility with both Piston and Rotary models, thanks to a precisely engineered, removable cushion system. In celebration of this collaboration, RIMOWA commissioned award-winning Mexican filmmaker Lila Avilés to direct MÚSICAS, a poignant short film spotlighting Mujeres del Viento Florido, an all-female Oaxacan wind ensemble. The film has been officially selected for its world premiere at Doc Fortnight 2025, MoMA’s prestigious annual Festival of International Nonfiction Film and Media, held in New York City on February 23rd.
