A perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality: the new knitting is not just a technique, but a real opportunity to create garments that tell stories through their design.
This innovation celebrates the fusion between tradition and modernity, offering a unique and fascinating vision of manufacturing art. With the revolutionary Ultrasound Knitting, traditional methods are enriched by cutting-edge technologies, preserving the elegance and charm of high-quality craftsmanship.
This innovative technique completely eliminates the need for traditional packaging, offering a more sustainable and contemporary production process. Furthermore, it facilitates a smooth transition from the creative phase to the finishing, ensuring impeccable attention to detail and cutting-edge design.
Ultrasound Knitting is not just a technical solution: it represents a new form of expression, capable of bringing together new generations thanks to its technological simplicity and its aesthetic impact. It is a bridge between the past and the future, combining the best of innovation with the timeless charm of tradition.
Thanks to the collaboration with partners such as Südwolle, Mandarin Knitting Technology and Framis Italia, the project has achieved high standards of quality and innovation. Südwolle supplied wool yarns and materials ideal for ultrasonic welding, Mandarin Knitting Technology took care of the knitting of the garments, while Framis Italia supplied the machinery necessary to integrate this technology into the production process, completed in the final phase by Dyloan Bond Factory. Thus continues the growth path of D-house urban laboratory and its D-house Knitwear division. Innovation and technology come to life in what the visitor can also discover in D-house urban laboratory, the Innovation Hub of the Pattern Group.
And if the Florentine event is one of the world’s major windows on Italian and international spinning, the project that will be staged by D-house combines the most classic fibers with the excellence of creativity, which takes shape through technology.
